Building Energy Exchange KC website to feature energy efficiency education for the public and private sectors

The new Building Energy Exchange (BE-Ex) of Kansas City will launch its website at the end of the month, with ongoing content about energy efficiency trends and opportunities for building owners across the region. Be on the lookout for upcoming events and live in-person discussions in 2022!

BE-Ex KC will assist stakeholders in the built environment to achieve high-performance buildings, promote and develop tools to fill financing gaps, and support the region in meeting its climate goals. Stay up to date and in the know about complex issues of building decarbonization and how it affects you.

The website will become a central hub for ideas and initiatives to support public officials to achieve successful community decarbonization programs; connect local philanthropies to energy efficiency initiatives that improve community health and affordability; and help contractors and developers stay on the cutting edge of technical and financial resources in a changing real estate industry.

Sign up at www.be-exkc.org to get the BE-Ex KC quarterly newsletter. And look for the announcement of the launch of the BE-Ex KC website!

BE-Ex is planning more local in-person learning events, like their recent Technical Assistance Panel for the Urban Land Institute. The new website will keep you up to date on all upcoming events.
